Without doubt the most important consideration when outsourcing any bulk scanning or indeed any data related project to any document scanning company and we don't disappoint at all.  We obviously tick all the boxes when it comes to our systems security but any company in the world of outsourcing should have this sorted and just like many other data capture companies we have CCTV, face recognition entry systems and Redcare monitored alarms but what makes us a little different is that our head office was once a Midland bank and that means our servers and your data are sitting in our large walk in vault and we think that makes us one of the most secure facilities, if not the most secure facility of any BPO company and that gives our clients total peace of mind that their data is completely safe.

where's our bat cave?

In the UK, we are located in Darlaston in the West Midlands.  Overseas you will find us in Mauritius and Cape Town.  All our systems are cloned in all our offices, which gives us an excellent disaster recovery infrastructure, so should the bat phone ring one day due to a major disaster at one of our facilities, we are able to continue to process your data within minutes, contingency that even batman would be proud of and many other document scanning and data capture companies can only dream of!!
